Every one of the wide variety of museums run by the Historic Museums Hamburg has its own distinct character and premises. That means a whole range of unusual venues and spaces is also available for lectures, congresses, events and private occasions.

In addition to the extensively restored lecture halls the museum is fully equipped with modern technology. The inner courtyard with its spectacular glass roof offers the ideal setting for almost every type of occasion.
Jenisch House is also a very special location for festivities and prestigious functions. The White Hall in this former senator’s villa, set in the romantic surroundings of its own park, provides an ideal venue for weddings or exclusive musical events.
The maritime fittings in the much admired Figureheads Hall and the light-flooded foyer in the Altonaer Museum provide the perfect backdrop for all kinds of events.
The Museum of Work has some extraordinary spaces within its heritage protected group of factory buildings. The 5,000 m2 yard adjoining the buildings can be used during events here as well.
