Admission to Kultur Kontor Hamburg is free.

 

 

Mobility: Information for visitors with mobility impairments

Accessibility at “Kultur Kontor Hamburg” is important to us. We look forward to your visit and hope to make it as compfortable as possible, whether you’re using a wheelchair, walker, or stroller.

  • There is no designated accessible parking space. We recommend traveling by public transportation or using a parking space in the nearby parking garages.
  • There is barrier-free access (main entrance).
  • A wheelchair-accessible restroom is available.
  • Seating is available in the foyer of “Kultur Kontor Hamburg.”
  • Baby-changing facilities are located in the restrooms on the ground floor.

Vision. Information and services for visitors with visual impairments

We not only want you to be able to get here safely and find your way around the building easily; we are also working on descriptive and tactile resources.

We offer guided tours of the exhibition for blind and visually impaired visitors.
Certified service dogs are permitted to accompany visitors into the museum.

Hearing

We are working to provide content that is easy to hear and understand throughout the building.

SIGN LANGUAGE – PROGRAMS IN GERMAN SIGN LANGUAGE

We offer programs in German Sign Language (DGS) that we are constantly expanding.

Requests for programs in German Sign Language (DGS) can be made through the museum service.
